Can’t stop thinking about the simple joys of our fortunate “regular” life - peace, food, warmth, friends, freedom. All by accident of birth. May we never forget or take it for granted. Wishing it for everyone. Work for peace 💙💛#standwithukraine

We loved the style in a lodge house renovation we popped into while passing yesterday - yes more deliveries and tea 🤣. This is an 18” tall ideal reclaimed radiator - finished in anthracite. Looks almost perfect doesn’t it…but it has the quality and character of age whilst being bang up to date - a bit like the lodge itself. ASHP and all! #lodgerenovation #reclaimedradiator #ideal #4col #anthracite

Be his valentine? Sending everyone love & wags today…Mate photobombed a radiator. We often remark that he’s not very photogenic - but obviously it’s not him - he just needs professional lighting and photographer 🤣 📷@amy_a_green #radiatorlove #loveradiators

Working late into Friday evening - red sky shepherds pie - inky black sky - fish pie it is. Sneak peak here of gorgeous “Goliath” in the indigo blue .. a 17 section 36” tall warehouse radiator destined to be powered by an air source heat pump in Cornwall. More on Goliath to follow…Finally made it home, fish pie is in the oven and it’s gin o clock for us now 🍸- have lovely weekends all - ours will be: 🏉 🐾🌷

Can’t wait to see how these look fully fitted. Four columns are the “Swiss army knife” of our stock. They suit this space so nicely. When it was built it was a barn warmed by livestock! Now it’s a going to be a very stylish kitchen. The finish on these is our stock colour of “Charcoal grey” - a subtle metallic

On this day last year we got the keys & started the process of our workshop move! A few weeks, several hundred tons of cast iron later & thanks to friends and family we were in! So worth it. Well lit, dry, level floors, secure & dog friendly - what more could we want?

Swap you. A house in Surrey undergoing complete DIY renovation plus extension had these radiators that no longer fitted in with the plan. We made up some different sizes, finished them in #Anthracite and swapped them out earlier this week. Check out those cool spiky 1960s valves - we will hang onto those for props! Swipe to see the ones we have supplied in different sizes. #homeremodel #reclaimedmaterials #reusereducerecycle #reclaimedradiators #columnradiators #setthescene

Our hallway underwent a total tranformation in two stages - the last one over lockdown. Panelling courtesy @wickes really sorted out the grubby tatty walls (puppy chewed) and tiling from @originalstyleuk sorted the the very dog & human traffic worn carpet! David sourced and renovated a special decorative radiator too - perks of the job 🙂

There's another bonus to the hallway reno - pullout understairs cupboards - homemade by our friendly fitter - let us know if you want to see them in a post - they are not as glamourous as the dogs...but we really love them...no more shoe clutter...

Oh and as Furry Friday is apparently a thing - these two are wishing you a great weekend with plenty of walking!

Amazing Tree! Blue Sky! Radiator! What more do you need on a winters day? We collected this stunning art nouveau rad today as she needs a little TLC.

Bright winter sun shut out momentarily with lovely original shutters so we could capture the cast iron four column radiator. It was reconditioned (by us) and put back into this amazing new kitchen that used to be a reception room. We mostly live/work in the kitchen. Alot of period houses have small kitchens tucked at the back with grand light filled (empty) reception rooms. What a great switch if you can do it - have seen it a few times now as an alternative to an extension. Do you have any favourite room switches?

Hope the sun is shining and the sky is blue for everyone today ☀️and that the weather is as kind when we bring them back in a few weeks. #oldhousenewhome #reclaimedradiators #beautifulbath #pennantflag

What are the chances of reclaiming another unique #castironradiator this week? We are very lucky - it’s almost like Christmas 🌲. This one has an integral warming oven - it is likely mainland Europe in origin and for proving dough #bakersofinstagram with #bigkitchen alert! Alternatively it would make an unbeatable #catwarmer 🐈

Trying first transformation Tuesday - help required 😬-Any tips on best apps that do the before and after thing gratefully received. This is the first batch of 4 columns refurbished to go back into a gorgeous 1920s house. The owners have chosen to refurbish and reuse the #originalfeatures rather than buy new or repro rads. Plus we are going to up the heat in a couple of the rooms - think some 250kg six columns to heat the ballroom - can’t wait to share those one day …#cindersyoushallgototheball #reclaimedradiators #fullhouserenovation #edwardianrenovation #castironradiators #transformationtuesday #housetohome #whiteradiators #bronzefinish #somerset #reclaimedinteriors #vintageinteriors #antiquehomedecor

A selection of old and new “reducing bushes”. We routinely remove and refit these when we restore old radiators as it a) makes it easier to flush them out and b) is generally a tidier more aesthetic look to have one bush instead of the two you sometimes see on a DIY refurb - swipe for a pic of a finished one-piece fitting. We clean up and reuse the ones we can too so it truly fits our #reducereuserecycle mantra!

Released from the tarpaulin! Picked up these little beauts yesterday - a garden find that the owners needed cleared. If you find any rads lurking in the undergrowth do let us know! Now they have restarted their journey they may well be wondering where they will end up …what county, heating whose home, in which colour….#startofajourney #reclaimedradiators

Colour ☺️. B&W showed off the sharp detail in the original radiator so well but we can’t not post the colour version! Panelling is #farrowandball #dimity and other woodwork is the perennial #wimbornewhite Dimity is such a cosy warm cream - sets off the brass bits nicely - although it’s tempting to change the colour to something bolder - it’s south facing hallway but not very big … ideas? 📷 @amy_a_green

What an amazing job Guillame, Chris & the team at 15 Great Pulteney have done. We found the spaces uplifting, gentle, quirky & calm - how do you even do that?! Oh and the radiators look beautiful 😊 we are so pleased. Thanks for letting us pop in today for coffee and photo op! The festive decorations are also gorgeous - will post more in a story in a bit!
